I own platform products and run the programs that deliver them, in environments where the deadline is set by a regulator rather than a roadmap. Seven ServiceNow compliance and SecOps capabilities at a top 10 North American bank today. A $100M+ clearing house modernization before that.

Seven compliance and SecOps capabilities on the Now Platform: CCM with Qualys, IVM, IVR, AVR, CVR, Threat Intelligence, and Protect Executive Dashboards. Backlog, requirements, UAT, and release readiness across the full portfolio.

Multi-Cloud Migration & Modernization
Legacy-to-cloud delivery across AWS, Azure, GCP, and ServiceNow SaaS. Landing zone and wave planning, application rationalization, and sequencing dependent systems so they move without interrupting daily operations.

Program Management at Scale
23 Agile Release Trains and delivery teams across the US, Mexico, India, and Poland. SAFe, Scrum, and hybrid delivery, plus the unglamorous work of clearing cross-team blockers before they threaten a committed date.

Governance & Executive Reporting
Enterprise intake, change and release governance, risk and dependency logs, and one steering cadence in place of fragmented per-project reporting. Program status to executive committees twice weekly against regulatory milestones.
