01 · The problem

No secure, reliable way to share the data that decides market access.

Life science companies and healthcare decision makers (HCDMs) had no secure channel to exchange clinical and economic data on 2,500+ pre- and post-approval products. At the same time, the platform had to move from Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to Microsoft Azure.

02 · My role

Technical product owner for the redesign and the cloud move.

I owned the roadmap, the Product Requirements Document (PRD), the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and the backlog.

03 · How I led

  1. 01Redesign and migrate together. Led the UX/UI redesign alongside the GCP-to-Azure migration, so users got one better product instead of two disruptions.
  2. 02Customer voice into the backlog. Turned voice of customer (VOC) insights into user stories and business cases.
  3. 03Make the hard trade-offs. Balanced security compliance, technical debt and customer value with engineering and senior PMs.
  4. 04Tools to sell it. Built commercialization tools: request for proposal (RFP) templates, implementation playbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

04 · Results

User confidence rose 95%.

Subscription renewals grew 20%.

Product launch efficiency improved 35%.
